Crafting a Brighter Future aligns how we operate with the values we’ve always held. It sets out how we’ll play our part in tackling
climate change, supporting nature, and strengthening the communities and supply chains we depend on.

To guide us on our journey as we become an independent force for good in the South West, our strategy is built on three pillars:
Protecting Places That Inspire, Celebrating Partnerships That Matter and Championing People With Passion.

These are underpinned by our essential foundations of Governance, Transparency and Culture, ensuring our ambitions are well-led, well communicated and lived daily across the business.

Each pillar is anchored by four focus areas, which we call our priorities, and are shaped by a clear mission-critical goal. Those priorities are owned by members of our Leadership Team, supported by Priority Coordinators, turning ambition into action.
